When You Walk Away
When you walk away, my hands drop and sometimes I'mafraid, that they won't touch you. When you walk away, I become a longing over you and I know, that this is only
the beginning of your return.
When you walk away,
after you the night departs
and the silence clangs
as if cuddling in the early hours
When you walk away,
after you the night departs
and remain after you
as three marvels of the world
your footsteps, the pavement and I.
The trees run against me,
the winds spread out their wings
and my eyes shout: 'I love!',
and my heart shouts: 'Come!',
and my arms shout: 'I love!',
and my eyes shout: 'I love!',
and my heart shouts: 'Come, come, come!'
When you walk away,
after you the day arrives
and with a smile wishes me 'good morning' the radiant day.
When you walk away,
'good morning' wishes me the day,
'good morning' - this is the longest joyful time,
when you return to me.
When you walk away,
the city awakens from its sleep
and antennae moan under the silvery morning frost
When you walk away,
the city awakens from its sleep
but it is warm after you, as if three marvels sing outside:
your footsteps, the pavement and I.
The trees run against me,
the winds spread out their wings
and my eyes shout: 'I love!',
and my heart shouts: 'Come!',
and my arms shout: 'I love!',
and my eyes shout: 'I love!',
and my heart shouts: 'Come, come, come!'
