Song about taxes
There are many signs of witchcraft in this world,
for instance a price of a cream cake, ask your dad,
is not 10 zloty, but only 3,
the rest is for the goblins.
“That’s I, I’m the first one, a VAT goblin,
and even though I’m not very old,
I eat one-fifth of the cake
and 7 percent of the cream.”
“Why?”
“And why not!”
“I’m the excise tax princess,
I eat away on one-twelfth of the cake
plus 5 percent of the cream.”
“But why?”
“Just because!”
“And I’m a King’s jester,
the income tax,
I can eat even half of your cake
and in fact all the cream.”
“How is it possible?”
“Just because it is.”
“And if you eat the whole cake on your own,
we’ll eat everything you have hidden at home.”

He left me, he gave me the brush off,
Why exactly me, the defenceless one?
“Brush off the other one”, I begged him
and he replied: “Get lost, you stupid girl!”
So tell me, why did you do that to me?
I believed him blindly like a fool.
Bloody swine! He swore to love me,
but he cheated me.
Andreeeew, Andreeeew!
Blimey, oh, dearie me!
Get lost in hell,
you bloody bastard!
I remember, though it’s not worth mentioning,
it was Friday, just before four o’clock.
He has chosen the worst time,
he could have done it on Monday or Tuesday!
He had ruined half of my Friday, bloody swine!
On Saturday I was yelling from a hangover.
It was only on Sunday when I finally
came to terms with this misfortune.
Andreeeew, Andreeeew!
Blimey, oh, dearie me!
Get lost in hell,
you bloody bastard!

You ruined my weekeeeend!
