O My Country
O my country, they've all left you!
They preferred the cities
Those boys are so envious
But here we've found wealth
So come too, my princess!
Name it, sir, I would have great regret
To leave all my sheep
As long as I live, I shall keep them
From going up the mountains
This is no longer done, my shepherdess!
What would I do without my home?
All covered with greenery
If I have to leave, soon I'll die
Too bad for you, my beautiful
You must stay faithful to it!

Freedom
Versions: #1
You, who's ardent and naked
You, the one, whose fists lain on your hips
You, the one, who has a voice of clarion
Singing today at the top of your lungs
O beautiful muse
You are the muse of the beggars
Your face, blackened by the smoke
Your eyes that smell the scent of gunfire
You are the flower of the barricade
You are Venus!
You are the mistress of the starving people
Of the ones who never had any clothes
The ones who don't have any bread nor a bed
The beggars who go without any shoes
Have them at your caress!
But those others who make you full
Those big men with their families
The enemies of the poor
Cause your name, o holy girl
Is Freedom
O Freedom, how beautiful you are!
Your eyes that glisten like lightning
And with the crosses, freeing all evil
Your arms that are strong like the axes
That's lain on your breasts
But then you say the harshest words
You, who's sweeter than the stars
And you disturb us, o my beautiful
When we kiss, we close our eyelids
On your bare feet
You, who's powerful and harsh
You, that shines within the rays of light
You, the one who has a voice of clarion
Singing today at the top of your lungs
The time has come!

Dindirindin
I got up one nice morning,
One morning in the meadow.
I met the nightingale,
Who sang on the branch.
Nightingale, nightingale,
Do me a service,
And go tell my friend,
That I am going to marry.
