It's really time to go
On the rainy evening, evening, evening,
When the pilots, let's face it, have no job,
We'll sit at the table,
Talk about things and stuff
And sing our favorite song:
Chorus:
It's really time to go,
We're leaving for a long, long voyage,
I'll wave the silver wing at you
Above the sweet threshold,
Even though fate lead us far away,
Don’t allow anyone to conquer your heart,
I'll monitor strictly,
I see everything from above, just so you know!
We're having fun now,
Then, what makes you get depressed, my honey?
We'll drink a glass and then another glass
To our glorious 'U-2',
But so that not to have a headache tomorrow.
Chorus.
We're the good guys,
But to prevent our curly girls from jinxing us,
We also will kiss them softly
Before the flight,
And spit three times over the left shoulder.
Chorus.

But for what
At night she often dreams the same dream
Winter and metro stations
Half-empty car
She sits down in the corner and takes out a novel
Like hiding in fog of books
For a moment, raising her eyes, she will see the brilliance of the lights
And he sits across silently smiling at her
She smiles unworried at him in return
[And] the heart is whispering 'no' again
But for what [this happened] to her, but for what
Without [all] that there are so many problems in life
And better[,] let not your heart by taken by anybody
But the years fly like birds
And [may you] never encounter them
But for what everything went away [for] always
But for what, but for what
He sees the light somewhere on the paths of darkness
She will remain and doesn't even look behind
She's already too old for foolish tears
And this cannot be in earnest
But for what [this happened] to her, but for what
Without [all] that there are so many problems in life
And better[,] let not your heart by taken by anybody
But the years fly like birds
And [may you] never encounter them
But for what everything went away forever
But for what, but for what
No one can explain to her how this had happened
So many encounters in life, yes but all is not right
Only now did he understand, [after] seeing the same dream
That it seems it was him
But for what [this happened] to her, but for what
Without [all] that there are so many problems in life
And better[,] let not your heart by taken by anybody
But the years fly like birds
And [may you] never encounter them
But for what everything went away [for] always
But for what, but for what
