One says that all the happiness in the world
lies before our eyes.
But how often we deceive ourselves,
in that, which we see with our eyes.
And I’ll run, I’ll run...away.
I’ll run as fast and as far as I can.
And not until I can feel nothing more,
not until I can feel nothing more...
It’s hard for me to decide
what’s true and what’s a lie,
when the one, who lies to me,
always tells the truth.
We could defend ourselves,
the two of us - you and I.
But the truth is:
we won’t do it!
And I’ll run, I’ll run...away.
I’ll run as fast and as far as I can.
And not until I can feel nothing more,
not until I can feel nothing more...
That everything here isn’t worth it,
I would’ve never really believed it.
If you’ll listen to the voice within your heart,
then maybe you’ll stop me
