Jaina's Song

«Be afraid, be afraid of the daughter of the salty wind»
Were the last words he uttered
Which he delivered to the trade winds
As he sank beneath the tide

In the blood-soaked waters of Theramore
Where lie a thousand shattered bodies
Where the Admiral died, delivered to his fate
By his daughter, he was left behind

How come, how come, oh the daughter of the salty wind?
How come have you forgotten your own flesh and blood?
The glory and joy of our dear Dealin?1
How could she even dare?

As she ran away beyond the currents
He sailed to the sunset,
As a devoted father, he never gave up hope of her
Praying that she was still alive

But upon those distant shores, all that was waiting for him
Was the ancestral foes of the Horde
And at that very moment, he confronted those malefic foes
While his daughter didn't move even a muscle

Then beneath the waves torn he's buried
Betrayed by his own flesh and blood
Just before his sun's set, he shouted at his people

Jaina's nightmare

Hi, hi, oh, Daughter of the Sea.
Hi, I am your father.
You are my wharf, the reason of my peace
For as long as the sun does shine in the sky.

Jaina's Nightmare

Ahoy, ahoy, oh Daughter of the Sea
Oh sweet girl of mine
She is the light of the proud admiral
Unto the last shining star.

'Work hard in silence, let your success be your noise!'

The Daughter of the Sea

Beware, beware, O daughter of the sea, says the voice comes from waves
His words sways in storms, his heart buried beneath the tides
Sailors died at Kalimdor, blood spilled by leagues
The Admiral fell at Thermore, because she left

Why you, left us, O daughter of the sea
Why you, abandoned your memories
The proud of our Nation
Why... you stepped on the unfair way

When she did flee across the ocean deep, the Admiral followed west
Sailed afar just to save her, on his own life
Search and seek, until peril landed, as foes flooded
The Admiral fought heroically, yet she...watches
And buried deep beneth the waves, for her cold stone heart
Warned to the nation with his last breath, 'Beware the daughter of the sea.'

Now I know, father
On the windy sunless sea, grief voices cometh, in famaliar manner
'Don't believe, O daughter of the sea.' Don't...forget...the past

Daughter of the Sea

Beware, beware, the daughter of the sea
Hear, hear, he is calling
Heart broken voices drifts along sea breeze
Sway with the wind, sinks to the deep

Blood soaks the Kalimdor tides
Sailor fought for whom
Hero felled at Theramore
Because she left

Why this? Why this? O daughter of the sea
Why you? Why you abandoned your past?
Our glory was brought by you
Why you, left us?

When she headed west, across the oceans
Her father followed
Sailed afar just to find her
Prayed she still safe

Waves brought him on distant land
Peril awaits
As he facing tides of foes
The daughts stood aside

The grief buried beneath the ocean deep
Sins of betrayed by family
Become desprate cry for the nation
'Beware the daughter of the sea'

I hear you, father

Hear, hear, that old voice
Pierced my heart like a spear
Beware, beware, the daughter of the sea
Beware, I'm coming

Daughter of the Sea

'Don't trust the Daughter of the Sea'
'Beware of her', in the wind his voice echoed
But then, the wave gripped him.

The sailors who died in Kalimdor, nobody buried them.
And the Admiral died in Theramore because she betrayed him

Why?, why?, oh you Daughter of the Sea?
'Why did you do that?', I'd like to ask you
You were the pride of your people
And what are you now?

When she crossed the wide ocean
Her father followed her
With the only hope in his heart, to see her again one day

But in those far away beaches he found people to fight against
And when he fought against those savages
She stood there, watching

Betrayed by the filial love
Left to drown
With his last breath he shouted:
'Beware of the Daughter of the Sea!'

Now I listen to you... Father.

In the moonlight it keeps echo the voice who is still there
'Don't trust the Daughter of the Sea'
'Don't... Trust... Me.'
