Today Albania celebrates
A beauty, the newly raised neighborhoodThe square resembles a sea of waves1

What Albania is able to do
The world has never seen before

At the illuminating words that Party speaks
entire Albania gets its strong arm.

A young couple steps on the doorstep
All of us invited in the wedding
Blessed be the new home,
Our bride in it – a white hydrangea.

- 2. celebrating the inauguration of the freshly build quarter of Shkodra after having got destroyed by earthquake of April 15th 1979, of magnitude 7.5 Richter scale
- 3. the projection and entire construction volume was completed in 6 months, through focused inner efforts and volunteer contribution from all around country. The new neighborhood had 54 buildings erected with 164 apartments. It had a nursery and kindergarten, an 8-year school, shops and communal service point, a public meeting room, a neighborhood museum, a post-telegraph office, a health center, offices of the Party committee and mass organizations. It had plenty of greenery, where children's playgrounds and sports fields were scattered
